Goa Pradesh Congress Committee staged a peaceful protest on Monday June 13, 2022 in support of AICC Chief Rahul Gandhi who has been called to appear before the Law Enforcement Directorate in New Delhi for this which they called false charges related to the National Herald newspaper.

The BJP-led government is just playing vendetta politics in the country and vindictively targeting our leaders. The National Herald newspaper was established by the Freedom Fighters of India including Jawaharlal Nehru, Vallabh Bhai Patel and others. When the newspaper started to suffer losses, the Congress party backed the newspaper by providing a 90 crore loan to pay the employees. Is paying employee salaries a crime? Electoral commission gave free kick to summoned Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi, GPCC Chairman Amit Patkar says

There is no offense against the Gandhis, because giving a loan, paying a loan is not a criminal offence. At most, there could be a civil case that falls under the Congress party, said Congressman Carlos Alvares Ferreira. He further added that the vendetta politics prevailing in all BJP-ruled states can now be seen spilling onto the roads. If the BJP does not learn its lessons and take corrective action, people will come out on the roads and teach BJP governance. The BJP is targeting Congress to score political points. By putting people in jail, it will bounce off the BJP
